Sue Ann Werre, Attorney

Sue Ann Werre graduated from Louisiana State University in 2008 with degrees in Mass Communication and Spanish. Sue Ann then attended Mississippi College of School of Law, where she was a member of law review and moot court. She graduated magna cum laude in 2011.  Following graduation, Sue Ann began clerking as an attorney with the Mississippi Supreme Court.  In 2013, she began clerking with the Mississippi Court of Appeals for Judge Eugene Fair and remained with him until his retirement in 2018.  In 2019, she continued clerking with the Mississippi Court of Appeals for Judge Anthony Lawrence III.  During her clerkships, Sue Ann gained a wealth of knowledge in both civil and criminal law, particularly claims related to post-conviction relief.  Sue Ann joined CPCC as an attorney in July 2022.   

Sue Ann lives in Madison, Mississippi with her husband and two daughters.
