Kyle Malone served in the military and as a law enforcement officer before attending law school. Kyle graduated summa cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law, where he served as a member of the Law Review as well as a member of the Moot Court Board. After law school, Kyle practiced both criminal and civil law and served as a law clerk at the Mississippi Supreme Court for Associate Justice Josiah Coleman.

Kyle joined the CPCC team in 2021, and he also serves as a Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard.

Kyle lives in Madison, Mississippi with his wife, who is a veterinarian, and his two young children.
